Ginger. You will Love this spicy yet refreshing root. It can be used to flavor food or for medicinal purposes. You can eat, boil, chop, dice or sprinkle it on many dishes. But my all time favorites thing to do with ginger is JUICE it! It compliments those freshly pressed fruits & veggies and turns the frothy beverage into the most delightful drink of my day. Here is what I had this morning after my workout.
Recipe:
3 Clementine Oranges
1/4 Peeled Pineapple
1 Med Peeled Sweet Potato
1″ Peeled Ginger
1 Handful Mint Leaves
Place fresh fruits and vegetables into your favorite juicer and enjoy my friends. Now remember Keep It Tight, Keep It Right!
